The galvanized steel powder-coated resists corrosion and UV unlike the epoxy whose color will pass in time. With its high quality enamelled cast iron plate, guaranteed for life, the heat distribution is uniform, allowing precise and homogeneous cooking. The high edges ensure easy maintenance and clean cooking. Its large cooking area makes it possible to prepare dishes for a large number of guests.
Eco-designed, it saves 20% of energy thanks to the double wall of the plate and chassis. The heat is thus confined without loss and the flame resistance to the wind is excellent. Its rapid heating offers an exceptional culinary experience, for searing meats, vegetables, fish... Its adjustable 7-position knob allows precise control of the temperature.
The Enosign gas collection is available in 2 sizes in stainless steel or navy blue steel. It is installed on the trolley of its choice or exists in integrated plancha trolley combo.
