The Bergerac gaz plancha is the robust and reliable reference of the plancha on the market.
With a 1/4" thick enamel cast iron baking plate guaranteed for life, this gas plancha ensures even heat distribution, perfect cooking results every time and easy cleaning thanks to its high edges. The power of 3 high-output double-ramp burners allows a rapid temperature rise up to 680°F for perfect searing of meat, fish and vegetables.
Easy to use with precise control buttons, the temperature setting is very fast and allows you to make good dishes for everyone.
Available in stainless steel or steel, to be placed on the trolley of your choice or as an integrated combo on a trolley.
