Paprika and Curry Chicken Skewers

INGREDIENTS
600 g chicken breasts
2 shallots
1 garlic clove
1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp curry
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel and chop the shallots. Peel and remove the germ of the garlic clove. Wash, dry and chop the parsley. Cut the chicken breasts into a little more than 1/2 inch (or 1.5 cm) cubes.
2. In a salad bowl, combine the shallots, garlic, paprika, curry, parsley, sel and pepper and add the chicken breasts. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for one hour.
3. Thread the chicken on metal or wood skewers. Oil and heat up the plancha. Cook the skewers for about 3 mns on each side. Serve the skewers while they’re hot.
COOKING TIP
These skewers will be delicious with a tabbouleh delicately flavored with mint.
