Vegetable Raclette a la plancha

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pre-cooked broccoli stalk
- 500 gr pre-cooked potatoes
- 4 tbsp or 60 ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 500 gr Quebec raclette cheese in slices
INSTRUCTIONS
- On the plancha, medium heat, place the broccoli and potatoes and brown them. Add a light drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Set aside on the side of the plancha.
- On the plancha, medium heat, place directly each raclette cheese slice.
- On half a slice of raclette cheese, quickly place some broccoli and potatoes ; then fold the other half of the slice on top. Remove from the heat, season with salt and pepper and serve!
