Fig and Blue Cheese Crostinis

INGREDIENTS
A baguette with seeds, in 16 slices
4 figs
100g blue cheese
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tasse or 60g pecan nuts
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat up the plancha to a fairly high heat.
2. Place the baguette slices on the plancha and brown each side.
3. Cut the figs into halves and brush with honey.
4. Place them on the plancha and brown them quickly.
5. Spread the blue cheese on the baguette slices.Drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with chopped pecan nuts.
6. Cut the halves figs into halves again and place each one of them on the baguette slices.
7. Do not hesitate to sprinkle some fresh thyme on your crostinis before enjoying them.
