Choosing the size of your plancha

There are a few factors to consider when choosing the size of your ENO gas plancha.   It depends on how you’re going to be using your griddle.

 Will you be cooking full meals on the plancha, or only parts of your meals? And will you be cooking for just a few people or for larger parties? If you get one with several burners, you can cook several items at different temperatures or a greater quantity of food. If you’re not cooking much, you’ll only need a single burner.

• Space: factor in how much space you have to install the plancha.
• Number of guests: the more people you cook for, the bigger the plancha you’ll need. 
• Cooking zones: the number of gas burners depends on the size of the ENO plancha.
• Energy or gas consumption depends on the number of burners.
